第一屆儀器、測量、計(jì)算機(jī)、通信與控制國際會(huì)議會(huì)議背景：
儀器和測量是一切科學(xué)技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)。沒有測量就沒有科學(xué)，測量是科學(xué)和現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的橋梁。儀器（含傳感器）是實(shí)現(xiàn)測量的工具，是信息系統(tǒng)的源頭?，F(xiàn)代儀器的智能化、虛擬化、自動(dòng)化、系統(tǒng)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展離不開計(jì)算機(jī)、通信和控制技術(shù)的支持。儀器和測量（IM）和計(jì)算機(jī)、通信、控制（C3）是相互作用和促進(jìn)的。本次會(huì)議目的是為上述領(lǐng)域的研究者和實(shí)踐者提供互相接觸機(jī)會(huì)及學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái)，以促進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展。
